may 31 through september 7 to ensure availability of charter date!

private charters allow you all the pleasures of a dr dive experience, with a few extras. .

• you may choose the destination (within distance allowance) of your charter
• you may request departure time variance (dependent upon destination)
• you will reserve in advance to ensure availability of the boat

  and, best of all,

• you can choose the company you keep. there's nothing better than diving with five of your best dive buddies. these are the things legends are made of!

technical diver's release of liability

after review and printing, complete the private charter reservation form and forward it to dr dive, llc, 3860 paradise bay drive, gulf breeze, fl, 32563 with 50% of the charter cost (either by check or money order) to reserve the boat. the balance of the fee is required 2 weeks prior to departure. if you wish to reserve by credit or debit cards, contact dive pros at 850-456-8845. boat fees do not include any dive equipment or gratuities. dive pros will be happy to assist you with any equipment rental needs.

dependent upon time of year, weather conditions in our area can be relatively predictable, or not so predictable. no representation is made as to wind and sea conditions, the water visibility, speed or direction of currents, water temperature or any other water conditions. captain jim reserves the right to cancel any charter, change the destination of any charter or refuse to allow anyone to board the vessel or dive from the vessel should circumstances warrant.

all divers will be required to complete the diver's release of liability or technical diver's release of liability prior to departure.

cancellation policy:
cancellation of private charters requires a 14-day notice prior to the trip date to be able to receive a full refund. cancellation of charters less than 14 days before the trip and "no shows" lose the deposit unless rebooking is possible. if charters are cancelled by the captain as a result of weather conditions and rebooking is not possible, deposits will be returned.
